Thank you so much for all your help in Lease Optioning my home. As you know, I had my home on the market for over six months last year and was not able to sell it. I was very concerned about how I was going to make a needed move for a career change and sell my home.

Thank you so much for making us so happy!!! We couldn't belive that you would take our house "as is". Even though we had bought some paint, ceramic tile and hardwood flooring I wasn't excited about doing the work myself before we could put the house on the market.
My wife got a great new job in California and she was going to stay with family until the house would sell. We couldn't just leave and hope the house would sell. We couldn't afford two house payments. We were afraid it would take 6 months or more to sell.
I'm so glad my mom referred you to us. You let us know the very next day after you came out to see our house that you would buy it and we could close whenever we wanted.

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to notify you of the wonderful, delightful, and knowledgeable staff of Home Options Made Easy. My family traveled from Texas to Columbus,Ohio to liquidate by grand-father's estate. We were in town for only one week, and had to sell his house quickly. We had Medicaid issues to deal with also.
Beth was able to come to the house the same day that we called her. She offered a fair price on the house and had the paperwork ready for us the very next day. Dear Dennis and Beth,
Words cannot express the way the two of you have impacted the health of my family. When I say health, I am speaking deeper than the physical health. I am speaking of the "holistic" health, the "core".
Jon and I jumped into a home, without researching or truly discussing the expectations that each other had of a "home". I come from a nomadic existence- my parents were in the military. We only brought what we could carry on our backs (excuse the dramatics) but really, it makes a big difference when a nomad joins a stationarian and they buy a home with a lot of space. I was seeking space to keep clean and bare. Jon was seeking space to conquer and fill.
Anyway, the Lord allowed us to make some mistakes, opportunities for growth is what I like to call them. Yorktown could have been a very costly mistake. I am not speaking about finances either. I was so unhappy there. I was convinced that Yorktown was not the "home" I was meant to be in, that I was prepared to leave my marriage.
Now that I look back I realize that the Lord was positioning us to make major life changes. I would not have made the decision to leave Casto or made some of the other "life" decisions I have over the past two years had we remained in the home on Yorktown.
Connecting wth the two of you could only be of God. Who do you know that can walk away from a house after 15 months and not be completely destroyed financially? Not too many folks can do that; and two years later be able to say that their credit looks better than it ever has. The Caliman family can shout that from the mountaintop...thanks to you.
My only regret is not ensuring that Jon understood my motivation and the process. I assumed he understood and he truly did not. He then sought information from those who thought they knew but did not. I could not understand why he was so "angry" and resentful.
Jon was afraid that he was preceived as a failure because we moved out of the home. He connects success to home ownershio and saw giving up the house as "failing". He beleived that the world looked at him as a man unable to provide a home for his family. Meanwhile, I saw it as stepping back and re-establishing our vision. Jon struggled a lot with the decision and to this day he struggles to understand the blessings that played out right before our eyes. The favor that the Lord showed us without so mucha as one "bump" in the road. He is just glad the house has been sold for now...(as my pastor always says) the lesson will hit him on the ride home. Thank you again for all you have done.

They knew our house was scheduled to be sold at the Sheriff's sale next month. I had gotten so sick over loosing my house and not having any luck selling it that I just gave up.

Dear Dennis and Beth,
I would like to tell you my story. About six months ago I started dreaming that I was homeless and living in my car. I kept having that dream every night and I couldn't sleep or keep any food down.
No matter how hard I tried, I could not fianacially manage to keep my home, my only income being social security. I tried to list the house to sell it with a realtor but no one came through to look at it.
I was miserable and frightened and had no idea what to do. Then two angels, Dennis and Beth walked through my door and my prayers were answered.

I had a house listed with a realtor for 6 months. His line was "I can sell your house in 90 days" Well from May to November it was shown on 10 times, no offers. The realtor wouldn't even return my calls.
Dennis and Beth found a real buyer in less than 90 days and closed 2 weeks later, "as is" leaving the fix up to them and I can move on with my new life.
